Why Use a Mortgage Professional?

There are generally two ways to get a mortgage in Canada: From a bank or from a licensed mortgage professional.

While a bank only offers the products from their particular institution, licensed mortgage professionals send millions of dollars of mortgage business each year to Canada's largest bank, credit union, trust companies, and financial institutions: Offering their clients more choice, and access to hundreds of mortgage products! As a result, clients benefit from the trust, confidence, and security of knowing they are getting the best mortgage for their needs.

Whether you're purchasing a home for the first time, taking out equity from your home for investment or pleasure, or your current mortgage is simply up for renewal, it's important that you are making an educated buying decision with professional unbiased advice.

How Much Does It Cost?

Mortgage professionals work for you, and not the banks; therefore, they work in your best interest. From the first consultation to the signing of your mortgage my services are free.

A fee is charged only for the most challenging credit solutions, and it's especially under those circumstances that a mortgage professional can do for you what your bank cannot.

Hear What Some of Our Awesome Clients Have to Say

Thanks for your advice and help on getting us started on our first mortgage. If it wasn't for your advice, we probably wouldn't have started looking so early and wouldn't have found the perfect house. We are happily moved in as of Sunday.

Thanks again, and we look forward to working with you in the future.

R. Hunter - Edmonton

I am not sure if I told you Angela or Kent before, but I just want to send out a big thanks in general for all your help over the past few months. Not just for looking after these fees and such, but also for your knowledge and willingness to aim for an optimal solution for my needs (as opposed to my bank...). Your outstanding customer service has been noted and is very appreciated... I keep telling my friends/coworkers that they are idiots for not talking to you guys when dealing with mortgages (seriously, I do haha)!

Anyway, thanks again, and I look forward to dealing with you guys in the future.
